We brought home chicks and a duck from Blacksburg, VA and although they did just fine in a guinea pig cage when they were young, after about a month it became necessary to build a real coop for the growing chicks.

 And this is what we came up with:

   Coop Before          

We got an igloo dog house off craigslist for ten bucks, and bought Ritz Qwackers her very own swimming pool.

But, as our birds got older, we decided it might be nice to have a nest box for them, a d that they might like some toys to keep them busy....

 So here is the extension to the coop,

     Here is the chickens door to the coop. Also you can see their little roost and wicker toy
