has anyone heard of using white dirt to treat for lice
A groundhog killed three of my chickens today. I had no idea they would do that.
i know why they would maby you put the coop on there home and they got mad?
I had not thought about snakes -- I'll have to give extra attention to even the samllest opening
Thought I was doing good by burying my run post and wire in concrete several feet down, having 7 feeet walls, and a run coverer 1/2 solid and 1/2 netting.. And a mouse, well if it can get it,s head through it,s in - so I guess on the outside and well as the insie of the acctual coop will have to be boarded up and sit on the same buried 2 ft of in ground cement. I dont know what else I could do?
I've had something steal a lot of eggs today. I found 2 eggs behind my nesting boxes (My hens can't lay behind them) so I was wondering what could be stealing them. I lost possibly 7 eggs today. I've already had a snake steal eggs and squirrels, is it just greedy squirrels or snake or something else ?
