Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 whole fryer chicken
mayonnaise to taste
1 can mandarin oranges
grapes to taste
apples to taste
pecans or walnuts to taste

Cooking Instructions

Cook chicken in oven, then let cool. Remove chicken from bones and if needed, cut into bite size pieces. Mix in mayonnaise to taste. Open oranges and drain. Add to chicken. Chop up grapes, apples (leave peel on), and nuts. Add to chicken / orange mixture and stir well. Serve on bread or crackers.

Note: Great for weddings and parties.
