NOV, 2009 PENDING LEGISLATION:Ordinance #2009-106 section 4-35 states: No more than 4 hens per single residence; No rooster allowed; Must be confined to a coop not less than 18 inches in height and with a minimum floor space of 2 square feet per hen over 4 months of age, conected to a run of not less than 9 square feet for 1 bird, 12 square feet for 2 birds, 16 square feet for 3 birds, or 20 square feet for 4 birds over 4 months of age.
