We have 5 acres in the country trying to live the "Good Life." With many chickens, 1 duck, 3 cats, many dogs and a horse we definitely have a good start. The orchard was planted last year. We are impatiently waiting for peaches, apples & pears. In the next couple of years the Maple trees should be ready to tap. I'm considering a bee hive. They would go great with the fruit trees. Maybe I'll have to follow some bees home and offer them a luxury apartment suite complete with self cleaning walls. We are anxiously waiting for our new addition to get weaned, so we can bring her home, a pretty little white llama named Mystee.
