Easy Cheese Ball Ii

Ingredients:

2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (1-oz.) pkg. Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (walnuts optional)

Cooking Instructions

In medium size bowl, mash cream cheese. Mix in dressing mix and cheddar cheese into the cream cheese. Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. ** Wet your hands slightly to assist with rolling into a ball.
