Long overdue update, 09/14/2011:
I haven't had any chickens since the last set of ice storms in January/February. Not that I didn't WANT chickens, I did. But time just kept going by, and I kept putting it off, and now it's September and I still don't have chickens and my daily egg allotment coming from the grocery store makes me very sad
Now that J has a Rottweiler puppy and I have a Boston puppy, a dog-resistent coop is a must. I want to get started on converting what I have to work with what I can get. Anyone have any ideas on how to roof a chain link kennel?
