Salmon Favorelle are big gentle birds. Eggs are tinted and medium size. They have tuffs on their cheeks. You can tell the roos from the pullets at a very youg age, usually around two weeks.

I don't think it's OK to edit someone else's post, but I would point out that BOTH the hens and cocks are "salmon"...they are just sex-linked so the plumage is different colors... :)
