Many years ago I had pet chickens and I loved them. Now that we have the room, I've decided to get chickens again!

We adopted a couple of mixed "hens" from animal control only to find out that they're roosters. That's okay. They're good boys.

I also ordered some chicks from Ideal Poultry and have been raising the little light brahma chicks. They're 21 days old as of 9/15/09. So cute!
