help-need-to-catch-racoons

For the past three weeks I have had racoons envade my chicken and duck coop, killing my ducks and chickens, and stealing eggs... I have hade an expirienced friend come over and place racoon traps on my property... But the racoons would steal the bait without getting traped... I need help! I dont know what else to do..
