Help one of my hens stopped laying eggs and she's only 1 year old!

My young ameraucana suddenly stopped laying eggs! she looks pretty healthy, but she's not laying anything! The last egg she layed was crusty and wasn't even in her nest. Please help me if you know whats going on, thank you
