Nice Bearded Silkies - I raised more Roosters than I need.  Have a few nice young roosters (March/April hatch) -- That would be free to a good home (breeders or hobbyists please - no chicken traders....

 

We live in central Kentucky - Lexington

 

Colors are: Buff, Splash, Black, White

 

If interested, please reply - and I can arrange to meet you at one of the local shopping Malls, Lowes, Walmart, etc... bring your own cage/carrier.

I live in greenbrier tn in neighborhood. cant have rooster, very interested in buff or splash females. do you have any you would like to sell or know of anyone around here who does? Any info will be helpful. Thanks!!

I know a person who raises several pure lines (buff, splash, partridge, black, white, etc..) I will try to find the number.....

Thanks to all who inquired.... The Silkie Roos have found a nice home out on a farm in the country. Now they can crow all they want. Thanks to our new friends for adoptiong these..... TK.

I am assuming that you already found a home for these. We just built a coop and my kids really want silkies. Please let us know or maybe where we can get some locally. We live in Lexington.

Hi Tracie D - We did find a home for the Silkie roos. How many were you looking for? I have some more that I raised this year. They are about 2 months old. As soon as I can tell the roosters from the pullets, I will be letting some go (*end of July). I will let the roosters go for 5 each. The hens for 10.

do you have any hens i would like two any color but i can not have roosters - if you find extras in the coming months even into next year please let me know- i will pay for them of course but they must be hens-- have nice clean home/moveable range system on sm area in western KY

Hi Hazel - I may have a Silkie hen or two to let go a bit later. I will be happy to share these to persons who will give them a good home. Once I can tell the Hens from the Roosters - I will get back to you in about 4 to 6 weeks...
