Additional Information Chapter 5, Article IV, Section 5-102, Sub-section (a)(3). Based on what I read in the sub-section, a homeowner within the city limit is allowed to own poultry. There is a distance requirement for coops. This is probably the big \\\"IF\\\" in this municipal code.

The link provided is not working at present. I did however, google Municode and came up with http://www.municode.com/Library and it worked. For TN just check the city or county you live in and it will guide you thru the site. For Knox County use Chapter 6. I hope this helps.
