Additional Information Chickens are not allowed within town limits except where zoning permits. Sec. 4-2. Keeping of certain animals and fowl prohibited; exception. It is unlawful to keep, harbor, or maintain within the town limits any sheep, cattle, hogs, goats, geese, turkeys, chickens or other livestock or fowl, except where permitted by the zoning classification of the property.
