My family keeps wondering when I'm going to quit hatching chicks but they don't understand that I have a breeding plan and I have to get the right combinations of hens and roosters for my breeding flock.  I don't want inbred chickens.  I want strong healthy beautiful poultry.  I want to be able to provide breed specific chicks to the local community.  You have to start some where.
