Malibu Coop
Fort Malibu
This is a custom coop we built for a chicken loving family in Malibu. The coop and run are extremely secure from all types of predators, egg collection is from the outside and the coop has storage for all of the feed and supplies needed for the coop.

We buried 1/2 welded wire a foot deep sweeping away from the coop to discourage any digging predators. All of the posts were set in concrete and we used 1 x 6 fascia board around the perimeter of the coop to keep the wire and run sturdy.
The Egg collection door on the back gives access to 6 nesting boxes and their is a storage area under the nesting boxes that can be accessed from both the outside and inside of the coop.
