Additional Information | Chapter 55.05 of the Milford City Code prohibits the keeping of livestock in the City of Milford, including poultry. The definition of \\\"Livestock\\\", as it pertains to Chapter 55.05, includes poultry. Chapter 55.05 reads as follows: \\\"55.05 LIVESTOCK. It is unlawful for a person to keep livestock within the City except by written consent of the Council or except in compliance with the City\\\'s zoning regulation.\\\" You may appeal to the Milford City Council and ask for permission to keep the animals. Include in your request the number of animals, types of animals, how they are housed, manure disposal, nuisance abatement procedures and any other information that you may feel is relevant. |
