Additional Information | Part II Chapter 8 Section 15: A chicken shall be kept at the minimum distance of 25 feet from any occupied building except the dwelling unit of the owner. Except in areas zoned for agriculture, each chicken shall be provided with the average minimum floor or ground area of 4 square feet in the enclosure or housing in which it is kept. Except in areas zoned for agriculture, the maximum number of chickens that may be kept on any single premises shall not exceed 75. |
