Additional Information Chapter 4, Section 4-1 defines Fowl as any chicken, turkey, goose, duck, guinea, emu, ostrich, or pigeon. Chapter 4, Section 4-7 goes on to state that Sec. 4-7. - Keeping of fowl and rabbits. No person shall keep any fowl within the corporate city limits. This section does not apply to commercial poultry operation duly authorized by the city of conduct such business
