Hi all you how need help with a coop I would go with something simple. I would buy a book on chicken coops. wish you all the best on your quest to build a coop

I am not sure that "compact" and 20-30 birds will work together. Are you looking to raise layers or meat birds?
We really need many more details before we can help.
