Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit the display or sale of natural chicks, rabbits, ducklings or other fowl in proper facilities by dealers, hatcheries, producers or stores engaged in producing, distributing or selling the same to be consumed or raised for food purposes, and nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit the exhibition of any fowl or animal at any fair, show or exhibit where such fowl or animals are displayed for commercial purposes and in the interests of improving agriculture or industry.
