i currently have 20 buffs all ages. they are large friendly birds, they love to eat, they're great layers once they get started which take about 6 months but they almost lay every day unless they go broody. which they do like to do. i just pull the eggs every night so that hopefully wont happen until i get a rooster going. would recommend them to anybody who wants to get a starter flock.
