Link to the swap chat thread - lots of nice people there to answer all your questions so we can keep the swap thread dedicated to swaps:  http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/703394/hatching-eggs-paypal-chat-thread/8730#post_10196001

I believe all are valid swaps, but I may have missed a roll back or two. If you find a mistake, let me know and I will investigate it.

We are now almost 5 months into this thread and we would like to make sure that everyone is meeting their obligations in a timely manner. If you have claimed eggs before Dec. 15th (unless the offer stated there would be a delay) and have not received them or a DC# that they have been sent, please PM me with the details. If you have claimed PP and it has not been sent within 3 days, also let us know. We will try to make sure we keep on top of any trends.

I have finally finished a summary of all the swaps since the beginning of the second thread up to Nov. 15. It is sorted according to each swapper and includes the swaps you claimed and the ones you promised. It can be accessed here:

For all potential new swappers, we welcome your participation, but please read the rules on page 1, post #1 of the swap thread: http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/733198/paypal-hatching-eggs-chicks-swap

Game #1 -  Whenever someone goes over 7 swaps, they lose 2 swaps the following week. The first person to catch it and post "Jinx"- (name of person going over), gets an extra swap in the current week.

Game #2 - Whoever claims the 50th, 75th, and 100th swap of the day (yes, I think we will get up that high this spring or before) will win an extra wild card swap to be used in the winner's week of choice.

In celebration of reaching 150 swappers signed up to participate in this swap, the administrators have decided to give everyone a Wild Card Swapwee.gifBUT you MUST give it away to another swapper. So think about who you would like to give your gift of a Wild Card Swap to, and PM your choice to me (KYTinpusher). I'll try to keep you updated so you can see who they are going to in case you are having a hard time deciding who is most deserving (or whose eggs you want the most hide.gif ). Note: Since madamwlf already has many Wild Card swaps and is done swapping for awhile, you can't give them to her, but everyone else is fair game.

The updated stats can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Am7IlDTXygsBdHB3VDhwYjJBdTg1YVhWT3JsZXpsTVE&usp=sharing

Below is a list of the new swappers (those is purple are not eligible yet, but are lurking hide.gif - say "Hi" to them frow.gif) that still have to complete their initial 7 swaps, so are limited to one swap at a time until their end each one is completed and verified by one of the thread moderators. This requires either the person that you paid Paypal to verifying that they received it, or a DC# for shipped eggs showing acceptance by the PO. Once you have been cleared by crazypetlady, kraftyladies, babymakes6 or madamwlf for another swap, you may claim another, regardless of what my list says. I don't keep track of whose swaps have been verified, just the swappers that need to have that done. My list is only published once a night, but your swapping status may change a few times during the day. Once all of your 7 initial verified swaps are completed, your name will be moved to the big list. All new swappers will be added here until I hear differently. As long as all your previous swaps have been completed and verified, you are good to go! Happy swapping!

1.  read the first page/post at least a few times unless you are already a seasoned chain/swapper -- it is not a free-for-all although it can go super fast at times

2.  subscribe to the swap chat page for questions and visiting and just plain fun http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/703394/hatching-eggs-paypal-chat-thread

3. get a small notebook to dedicate to the swap and swappers and to keep track of what you owe and when you deliver (even if Paypal) and what is owed to you.  post numbers and dates really help if you note them close to when they happen

get started and be patient about the clearing steps.  It will all come about in due timefrow.gif  and then you may wish you were still restricted as you await hens to lay or paycheck to get deposited for PP ........

Yeah, I'm in the big league now.
It's been a while since I swapped here....can't remember whether or not I filled out the new form.
