Additional Information | Just lost my apeal. Board not friendly to chickens. Must go to zoning apeals through the Communiotyu Developement office. Cost is about $311. to file and publicise. Article 23 SECTION 9.204 NON-HOUSEHOLD ANIMALS [FONT=KIBIN J+ Courier]Keeping of non-household animals such as, but not limited to, horses, rabbits or pigeons, for non-commercial purposes is permitted as an accessory use to a dwelling with a permit from the Board of Appeals, subject to appropriate safeguards and conditions; provided that such use shall comply with Department of Health regulations and any other laws and regulations pertaining to establishment and maintenance of such use.
