rir-not-laying

Hi there my almost 2 year old RIR has not been laying for about 6 months! I dont know whats wrong! I know she is not molting. We use to have 5 hens and 2 rooster but now where down to 3 hens and 7 chicks. Please help my other 2 hens have been laying.
