The door of the small run now opens up to allow the hens into a larger run appx 10mx6m

A further two laying boxes are being added to the other side of the house

New for 2010 - a separate Silkie house is being incorporated into the run as the Silkies won't perch with the other hens and sit underneath them which means they end up with chicken poop falling on them during the night
