Small pre made Coop

I ordered this coop online. I am making a few changes to the coop. I will be adding another nesting box on the left side to make two nesting boxes. I am also going to make the run larger and longer. This coop comes with a bottom removable tray for easy droppings removal. It comes with two low perches .Ive  also made a ladder to enter the house with. It did not come with ladder. Its small but cozy.I think it will work out fine with a few adjustments here and there. It comes will everything you see in this picture. You just have to put it together.
