The Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together, shape into 1" balls. Dip fork in additional sugar and criss-cross each cookie. Cook 10 to 12 min or until golden brown. Cool 1 - 2 min. Remove to cooling rack. yield 36 cookies.

Note: This recipe doubles or triples very well. I always quadruple it for Christmas
