I'm back into chickens - and I just registered on BYC tonight!

Thanks to tsagirl and a Craigslist contact in Eugene, I now have 4 chickens in a tiny compost container. Our new coop will get build sometime this next week (I hope!)

I started my chicken experience by checking out books from our community library in 2002. We began foster care the following year and the chickens gave the children hours of good entertainment. When we retired from fostering in 2007, the chickens went away too. I never thought I'd miss them so much!
