Additional Information14-3. Consent required to keep animals within two hundred (200) feet of residences; exceptions as to household pets. No animal or fowl of any kind, except household pets, shall be kept or permitted in the City within a distance of two hundred (200) feet from the residence of any person, except the owner of the animal or fowl, or except the residence of any person who shall sign a written consent that the animals or fowl may be kept within such distance of their residence. (Ord. No. 274; Ord. No. 3044, § 2, 11-4-99) 14-8. Animals at large. Any person owning or having under his/her control or charge any animal or fowl who shall permit such animal or fowl to run at large or trespass upon property owned or possessed by another or in or upon any street, alley or other public place shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Keeping hogs, donkeys, roosters, etc. It shall be unlawful for any person to have, herd, or keep any hog, pig, shoat, jack, jenny, burro, donkey or rooster, within the City. (Ord.
