We just started our little flock with 3 Rhode Island Red Chicks . As they grew, we noticed that one of our little flock was "different"  (middle chick) The difference became obvious. It grew a large comb and started trying to crow. My husband had to hurry up and start a coop. And a run. Where will it end?   read more

Winkler poultry farms

Our farm is in its infancy but we have big plans. We started raising and selling Cornish x this year and sales have been great! We also sell started pullets, day old chicks, and hatching eggs. We are located in central Minnesota and live on 20 beautiful wooded acres. Projected sales for this summer are around 500 birds. Next summer we hope to get to our 1000 allowed under our state exemption. From there we don't know. On our farm we also have 2 goats which the kids love, 2 dogs, and 4 ducks. Fort Rox Coop

The Fort Rox Coop Munchkin Mountain, Ohio                  It all began when I decided that having a few chickens around our place would be a fun and worthwhile project, for myself and our family. It would teach the kids responsibility and provide a great food source for our family. It wouldn't take much time or money to do and I thought that a few chickens running around would also help with our tic problem here on the hill. We already had 2 calves, 5 dogs, a cat and 5 kids so chickens seemed like the next logical step.        Ok,... read more

So here it is...    The FIRST thing I will recommend, if you're wanting to breed any APA recognized varieties of poultry, is to get a copy of the Standard of Perfection. Would A Kinect-Equipped Television Become Creating An Improvement

In recently, we?¡¥ve been experiencing a lot regarding a possible Apple television.
