Easy Omelette Recipe

Ingredients: 3 Eggs (chicken or duck) 3 Tbsp milk 3 Tbsp butter Salt Pepper Desired toppings (cheese, jalapenos, sausage, picante sauce, e.t.c.)       Cooking Instructions: 1.) Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk/beat until they are a light, pale yellow in color.   2.) Add a dash of salt and pepper if desired to the mixture, then add the milk.   3.) Braided Easter Egg Bread

Ingredients: 2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour (divided) 1/4 Cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 package dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp.) 2/3 Cup milk 2 Tab. butter 2 eggs (for bread dough) 5 eggs (for decoration, colored if desired) 2 Tab. butter, melted for brushing dough     Cooking Instructions: Color eggs, if desired:   Assemble ingredients   In large bowl, combine 1 Cup of flour, the sugar, salt and yeast; stir well.   Combine milk and 2 Tab. butter in small sauce pan; heat until milk is warm and butter softened. Chocolate Flan Cake

Ingredients: CAKE 1 jar caramel topping (the kind used for ice cream) 1 box of chocolate cake mix (any that say moist or fudge) 1 cup water ½ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs FLAN 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup milk 4 eggs Cooking Instructions: 1.  Preheat oven to 350 °.  Grease large fluted bundt cake pan with butter.  Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping in bottom of pan. 2.  In large mixing bowl combine all cake ingredients and beat well with mixer for 2-3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.  Pour batter over topping in bundt pan. 3.  Place flan ingredients in blender with... read more

Ingredients: Chicken In The Bag (Serves 2) 1 Chicken Salt Black pepper Paprika 1 Onion 1 Large Grocery Store Brown Paper Bag Cooking Instructions: * Rinse chicken pat dry * Salt and pepper chicken inside and out * Sprinkle Paprika on Chicken Breast. * Insert Onion in Body Cavity * Place Chicken in Brown Paper Bag Breast Side Up * Close bag by folding ends * Place bag on roasting pan and put in oven * Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours Recipe Pictures:   read more

Mom's Pound Cake

Scrambled Egg Salad - easier than boiling those fresh eggs.

Ingredients: per serving 2 Medium to Large Fresh Eggs 1 Tbs (or a little less) Miracle Whip Salad Dressing 1 large squirt of Prepared Mustard 1 tsp Sweet Relish Pickles Salt and Pepper to taste. Chicken Pot Pie/Stew

Gramma's No Time To Cook Chicken Chicken

Meringue Cookies are so delicious. The way they crunch when you bite them, but melt the next moment. So here is my derived recipe for Meringues.
