Ingredients: 1-1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1-1/3 c. chocolate chips Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 375°. Mix Peanut Butter and butter in large bowl. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine oats, flour and baking soda. Ingredients: 1/4 c. melted butter 1/8 c. corn syrup 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 10-12 c. popped popcorn Cooking Instructions In a microwave safe glass bowl or measuring cup (I use Pyrex 2 cup measuring cup), stir together melted butter, corn syrup and brown sugar.
