Peach Cobbler

Ingredients: 1 stick butter 1/2 c. milk 1 c. all purpose flour 1 No. 2 can peaches (approx. 40 oz) 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 sm. can of peaches, drained 1/2 cup sugar Cooking Instructions Melt butter in round casserole dish. Mix in all ingredients, except for peaches. Pour peaches over the top, do not drain large can of peaches. Drain smaller can of peaches before adding. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes. Orange Cranberry Bars

Ingredients: 1-1/4 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp. finely shredder orange peel 1 tsp. vanilla 1-1/4 c. finely chopped cranberries 1/2 c. dried coconut Cooking Instructions Crust: In medium mixing bowl stir together flour and 3/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in half of the macadamia nuts. Press the flour mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Orange Balls

Ingredients: 2 tbsp cocoa 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. orange concentrate 2 tbsp Karo 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers (finely crushed) 1 c. finely chopped pecans extra powdered sugar Cooking Instructions Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Old Fashioned Pound Cake

Ingredients: 4 c. cake flour, sifted before measuring 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. unsalted butter 2 c. granulated sugar 10 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract* OR 1 tsp. almond extract* Cooking Instructions Pan: 10" tube, well-greased and floured Preheat oven: 325°F Baking time: 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours Sift flour and salt together. Place butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Cream together until light and fluffy. Add whole eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly between each addition. Oatmeal Chocolate Bars

Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg, unbeaten 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened, condensed milk 1 6 oz. bag chocolate chips 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp vanilla Cooking Instructions Mix together butter, brown sugar, egg, flour, soda, salt, and oatmeal. Pat HALF of this mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Melt remaining ingredients and stir well. (We melt them in a bowl in the microwave.) Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining oatmeal mixture. No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip 1 graham cracker pie crust fresh fruit for garnish Cooking Instructions Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. No Bake Cookies

Ingredients: 1 stick margar 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 2 c. quick oats 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 5 tbsp cocoa Cooking Instructions Measure margarine, sugar, milk and cocoa in sauce pan. Bring to boil while stirring and boil 1 minute. Add oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Cool just enough that you can stand touching and drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Ingredients: 1-1/4 c. sugar (divided) 1 c. flour 7 tbsp cocoa powder (divided) 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. melted butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. brown sugar 11/4 c. hot water Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup of the sugar, 3 tbsp of the cocoa, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Ingredients: 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts, (walnuts, pecans or almonds) 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 3 c. milk 2 (3-oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding 1 (9-oz.) container Cool Whip Cooking Instructions Cut butter into flour and stir in nuts. Ingredients: 1 c. unsalted butter 3 c. granulated sugar 5 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp grated lemon peel 1 tsp. lemon extract 6 eggs 3 c. self-rising flour 1-1/4 c. plain yogurt Icing/Glaze: 2 tbsp butter 2-1/2 c. confectioner's sugar 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream Cooking Instructions In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, maybe 5 minutes.
