The Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: 1 egg 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together, shape into 1" balls. Dip fork in additional sugar and criss-cross each cookie. Cook 10 to 12 min or until golden brown. Cool 1 - 2 min. Remove to cooling rack. yield 36 cookies. Sugar Cloud Cookies

Ingredients: 4 c. flour 1-1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 - 8 oz.carton of sour cream 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. flavoring extract - lemon, vanilla,anise, almond, etc. 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 sticks butter, melted then cooled confectioner's (powdered) sugar Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 400°. Mix first 4 dry ingredients together. Mix second 4 wet ingredients together and add to flour mix. Combine well, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spicy Pfeffernusse

Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. butter 1 tsp. cloves 3 eggs 1 tsp. ginger 6 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. oil of anise 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 c. milk Cooking Instructions Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each. Add the oil of anise. Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and all of the dry spices. Skillet Cookies

Ingredients: 1 stick butter 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 egg, beaten well 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1 c. chopped dates 1 box coconut Cooking Instructions Melt butter in large deep pan. Add beaten egg, sugar and dates. Cook over moderate heat about 6 minutes until dates melt, stirring constantly. Remove from fire, add Rice Krispies, pecans & vanilla. Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients: 1(11-oz.) bag chocolate chips 1(11-oz.) bag butterscotch chips 1c. peanut butter 1 c. party peanuts 1 (16-oz.) bag mini marshmallows Cooking Instructions Heat 1 bag of chocolate chips and 1 bag of butterscotch chips in microwave on 1/2 power for 5 minutes. Stir about every 1 minute as heating in microwaves varies. Remove when chips are melted. Stir in peanut butter and heat for 1 minute on 1/2 power. Stir until creamy. Add peanuts and stir. Pecan Crescent Cookies

Ingredients: 1 c. butter, room temperature 3/4 c. chopped pecans 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. sifted all purpose flour confectioners' sugar Cooking Instructions Cream butter; gradually beat in 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, flour, pecans and salt. Blend well. Chill. Shape dough into crescents, using about 1/2 tablespoon for each cookie. Place cookies on baking sheets and bake at 300° for 18-20 minutes. Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Roll warm cookies in confectioners' sugar mixture. Peanut Butter Oreo Truffles

Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oreo cookies (regular size cookie package) 8 oz. peanut butter, smooth or chunky 1 large bag chocolate chips Cooking Instructions Process Oreo cookies in a food processor on the lowest setting until they are finely crumbled and evenly colored. Add peanut butter and process until thoroughly mixed. Place a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Using your hands, squeeze and roll mixture into nice round balls between the size of a grape and a walnut. Chill for 1 hour. Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients: 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk 3 c. sugar 1 (16-oz.) jar peanut butter 2 tsp. butter Cooking Instructions In a medium size sauce pan heat evaporated milk and sugar bringing the mixture to a rolling boil and stirring constantly. (Have a cold cup of water on hand to test cooking stage.) Sugar and milk will turn a tan color. Bring to softball stage. (I use a cup of cold water and drip some of the mixture into it to check if it forms a small ball.) Ingredients: 1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Cooking Instructions Mix well, form into balls. Dip into white, milk, or dark chocolate (optional). Refrigerate. read more

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 1-1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1-1/3 c. chocolate chips Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 375°. Mix Peanut Butter and butter in large bowl. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine oats, flour and baking soda. Blend dry mix into creamy mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Gently roll 2" balls and slightly flatten. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy! read more
