Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients: 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. butter/margarine, melted 1/2 c. white flour 1/3 c. baking cocoa 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup Cooking Instructions In medium bowl, beat white and brown sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together with moist ingredients with a fork, blend well. Add the chocolate syrup and blend well. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan or pie pan. Deep Dish Brownies

Ingredients: 1 c. melted butter 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 c. flour 2/3 c. baker's cocoa 1 level tsp. baking powder 1 level tsp. salt 1 bag chocolate chips Cooking Instructions Mix melted butter, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add eggs. Mix well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Pour into 9"x13" metal (DON'T USE GLASS!!!!!) pan and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Ingredients: 5 tbsp sugar 3 fresh eggs 2/3 c. hot water 1/4 c. fresh whole milk 1/6 tsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. flour 12 frozen custard shells Cooking Instructions 1. Pre-heat oven set to 400°. 2. Mix sugar and hot water, stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. In separate bowl, beat eggs slightly, add white vinegar and fresh milk. 4. Add sugar water mixture and stir until even. 5. Custard Style Ice Cream

Ingredients: 2 qts. milk 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 6 eggs, well beaten 1 pinch salt 2 c. sugar 5 qt. ice cream churn 1/4 c. flour Cooking Instructions In a double boiler slowly begin to heat 1/2 gallon of milk. Add in the well beaten eggs. Mix the sugar, flour and salt together and slowly add a little at the time until you have stirred it all into the milk and there is no lumps. Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. coconut cream/milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. half-and-half 1 1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1 9-inch pie shell, baked 1/3 c. corn starch 1 c. whipped cream Cooking Instructions In medium saucepan combine coconut cream, half-and-half, eggs, sugar, corn starch, and salt. Cinnamon Cream Cheese Squares

Ingredients: 2(8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2(8-oz.) pkgs. crescent rolls 1 1/4 c. sugar (divided) 1/4 c. butter 2 tsp. cinnamon Cooking Instructions Press out one package of crescent dough to cover the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 cup of sugar and cream cheese together and spread over dough. Pat remaining dough over top. Melt butter and brush on top of the dough then sprinkle with a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. read more

Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 qt. half and half 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1 loaf cinnamon bread Cooking Instructions Grease (I use Pam) a casserole dish. Tear up the cinnamon bread into small pieces, put in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over the bread. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for one hour. Ingredients: 1 1-lb. box powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 (8-oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs Cooking Instructions Mix butter, cake mix and 1 egg until crumbly. Press mixture into 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Ingredients: 5 tbsp softened butter 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour 5 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp flour 1 tsp. vanilla 5 eggs 2 egg yolks 1/4 c. heavy cream Cooking Instructions Crust: Mix the 5 Tbsp of butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 1/4 cup of flour together well.
