Zesty Cheesy Ravioli

Ingredients: 1/2 c. water 1 can diced italian flavored tomatoes 1 clove minced garlic 1 (9-oz.) pkg. fresh cheese ravioli 2 cups chopped spinach 1/8 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cooking Instructions Combine first 3 ingredients, bring to boil. Add ravioli, cover and cook 5 min. stir occasionally. Uncover; cook 5 more min. Add spinach, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover; cook 2 more min., stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min covered. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. read more

White Chicken Chili (Crock Pot Recipe)

Ingredients: 1 3-lb. bag boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 pkts. McCormick's White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix 3 dash cumin Water, enough to cover the chicken 2 cans Corn, drained 1 white onion, chopped 2 cans white Northern Beans, drained/rinsed 2 cans navy beans, drained/rinsed 2 cans green chilies, drained 2 bell peppers (I use red & green) Cooking Instructions Slice & put the chicken in a pot. Sweet N Sour Chicken Breasts

Ingredients: 4 1-lb. pcs. whole chicken breasts, boneless & skinless 1 (16-oz.) can tomatoes 2 - 3 tbsp water 1 (6-oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch or powdered arrowroot 1 (8-oz.) c. sugar 2 tbsp ground ginger root 1 tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce Cooking Instructions Prepare chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, remove any excess fat. Sweet Cajun Beef Stew

Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef, cubed 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 c. flour salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes 1 med. sweet potato, peeled and diced 1 med. green pepper, seeded and chopped 2 c. water 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 med. stalk of celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped Cooking Instructions Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Sweet And Sour Chicken With Rice

Ingredients: Chicken4 to 8 boneless, skinned chicken breasts 1 beaten egg corn starch oil for frying (I use coconut) Sweet and Sour Sauce 3/4 cup sugar 4 tbsp ketchup 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Cooking Instructions Fill deep fryer (you can use a skillet or frying pan for this also, but it's messier) with enough oil to deep-fry the chicken pieces. Super Easy Burritos For A Crowd

Ingredients: 1-2 heaping tbsp lard or olive oil 1-2 onions (chopped) 5 lbs ground beef or turkey 2-4 (16-oz.) jars green salsa (hot or mild) 1 No.10 can refried beans* 2 heaping c. shredded cheese tortillas Cooking Instructions Saute chopped onions in a little lard or olive oil until translucent. Ingredients: 1 1-lb. pkg. boneless, skinless chicken tenders (cooked and chopped) 2 (11-oz.) cans Cream of onion soup 1 (5-oz.) can green beans drained) 1 (12-oz.) can Veg-all or other mixed vegetables (drained) 1 heaping tbsp sour cream 1 pkg. Spanish Chicken

Ingredients: 1 (48-oz.) bag Chicken Breasts 1 (10-oz.) can tomato paste 1 (10-oz.) can beer, the cheaper the better 1 (10-oz.) jar spanish olives 1 (16-oz.) pkg. egg noodles OR use fresh Cooking Instructions Whisk beer and tomato paste in a large crock pot. Add spanish olives. Add fresh or defrosted chicken breasts. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours. Boil egg noodles and serve chicken with sauce on top. Feeds four.
