Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken or 5 large chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise 2-3 (16-oz.) bags frozen broccoli 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/8 tsp. curry powder (optional) Cooking Instructions Cook chicken. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in bottom of buttered dish. Break chicken up into bite sized pieces and layer over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) and optional curry powder. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with cheese and bake on 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. read more

Chicken Angelo

Ingredients: 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms, divided 4 large chicken breast halves 2 beaten eggs 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 3/4 c. chicken broth hot cooked noodles or rice fresh chopped parsley Cooking Instructions Place half of mushrooms in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Chicken And Rice Casserole

Ingredients: 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can water 3/4 cup uncooked white rice 1 can mixed vegetables (drained) 3/4 tsp. onion powder 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Cooking Instructions In a 12 x 8 casserole dish; stir together soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder. Chicken And Rice Dish

Ingredients: 8 to 10 pcs. chicken thighs 4 T. oil 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. uncooked brown rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cubes chicken bouillon 2 c. boiling water Cooking Instructions Combine flour,salt and pepper; coat chicken pieces. In large skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Place rice in an 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in boiling water, pour over all. Chicken Ala King

Ingredients: 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained 1/2 cup margarine or butter 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 4 cups chicken broth 1 1/2 cups milk 6 cups cooked chicken, cubed Cooking Instructions In a large cooking pot, melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, making a paste. Add the milk and broth. Cook and stir till thickened. Once thickened, add vegetables and chicken. Continue cooking till all is warm. Ingredients: 3 tbsp vegetable oil fajita seasoning garlic powder 1 bell pepper 1 small red onion 2 small zucchini squash 2 handfuls sliced mushrooms (optional) 2 tbsp vegetable oil 4 medium flour tortillas 1 c. grated jack or cheddar/jack cheese Cooking Instructions Heat large frying pan and 3 Tbsp oil. Ingredients: 4-6 med. cucumbers, chopped 4-5 roma tomatoes, chopped 2 avocado, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped fine 2 lbs. cooked salad shrimp 2-4 med. jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional) 2 limes (juice) 1-2 bunches cilantro, chopped salt to taste Cooking Instructions Coarsely chop all vegetables and herbs.
