Will guineas eat fireflies or their larvae?

I was thinking about getting some guineas to control the ticks in my yard but I'm worried they'll destroy the very small firefly population that's left in my area. Their numbers shrink every year and I don't want to make it any worse.

Any experience with this?

I have no experience with guineas, but I know fireflies taste bad, and my chickens seem to leave them alone.

It is nice that you are thinking about the wildlife in your area.
