With that rose comb and yellow legs it's a Dominique. The dark barring says pullet, so given the redness of the comb and wattles I'd say she is close to laying.

Can't make out details on the black silkie. I would guess pullet. Does she has a narrow comb, or a wide, ughly one (male). Very pretty bird.
