I see in rockwall texas you cannot actually have backyard chickens, yet i am confused (recently moved here) as i see cattle when i drive down several roads. Does anyone know if there are any areas in rockwall you CAN still have these animals (chickens and goats) or if there are any nearby cities such as royse city, greenville, forney, etc.. where you could? I am looking to purchase a house and have a small family farm with chickens, goats and room for small orchard and veggie garden.
