Making homemade feed for Buff Orpingtons

I have 13 Buff Orpingtons that are adult layers and 25 chicks that are about 2 months old and I'm raising the majority of them for meat, but a few for layer. I really want to mix my own feed for them and I have a whole list of what to feed them, but I'm not sure on the ratios they need of protein, etc.
