BTW The leg and foot have always been deformed since it hatched.

How do I treat this?

These pictures are after I gave her a bath

The toes look infected

There could be some infectious disease going on to cause the problems such as mycoplasma synovitis (MS,) but if the chicken has had deformed legs the irritation could be from exposure to wet conditions in the coop. Does she walk on her elbow or hock? Pododermatitis or foot pad dermatitis is another name for bumblefoot, and it can be from wet or soiled litter. Here is some reading about those problems:

Thank you! She hops on her one foot and uses her wing. Would antibacterial spray work on her foot?

Something like Vetericyn would be good for wound care. It would be good to find the cause of the problem, whether it is a joint infection, or something like frostbite. Do you see any signs of an abscess or something that needs to be drained?

Thanks I will look into it and I don't think anything needs to be drained.

I'm about to take more pictures but its not looking good

Sorry that I didn't see your latest post earlier. It looks like the black toe has frostbite, and will likely fall off at some point. There is a large bumblefoot on the bottom of the foot, and it looks like there is scaly leg mites. The Vetericyn is good for the frostbite, the bumblefoot will likely need bumblefoot surgery if she is in pain or limping, and the scaly leg mites can be treated with applying an oil such as castor oil to the scales once a week and rubbing it in under the scales.
