I am thinking about not opening the incubator at all to turn the eggs but tilting the incubator itself up and down. Internally the egg yolk should move when the incubator is tilted keeping the embryo from attaching to the egg shell itself.

I have quail eggs inside.

That's fine if the incubator has a fan. If it is a still air, the high side will get hot and the lower end will cool. That thermal stratification will reverse when the other side is raised.
