Trying to identify the breed of my rooster.

We are thinking maybe a Norwegian jaerhons? Any help would be great!

looks an awful lot like the crossbreed from hatchery stock sold at a lot of the TSC and other farm stores during spring 'chick days', my daughter has had a few of them in her flock from those sales.

We ordered him from ideal poultry. Just what was left at the end of the year. Would a hatchery sell a cross like that?

Absolutely. It's very likely the rooster from one of their sex linked programs and they use them as packing peanuts on small orders
