Everybody, young or elderly, sometimes receive unwanted concerns. Perhaps you feel you have to much to do and stress, maybe you worry there'll be an accident or a break in, or are frustrated with yourself and maybe you're just feeling down or guilty. These feelings are horrible and usually unnecessary. So why have them? The small problem is, we can't help having them.
