Please help! Chicken with swollen shut eyes.

My first time to have back yard chicken. One 3 months old hen has one eye swollen shut without discharge. The other one may be on the way. She is not eating or drinking well either.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot. I do have pics but don't know how to post yet.

Glad you could join us here! Sorry to hear you have an under the weather hen. It may be a respiratory infection, this can present its self this way with eye problems too. Please do check out the links CT left for you. Good luck charm with her, I hope she is well again soon
