What's wrong with her?

This "girl" is approximately 4-5 months old. Her breed is Ameracauna. She is a runt. I'm concerned about her neck feathers. The other 2 Ameracaunas we got with her have smooth feathers on their necks. Should I be concerned?

can you get a close up? look under the neck feathers to see if there is anything odd

If I could catch her.... These are the most unsociable chickens. Scared of everything. I will try though.

lure her over with food and then corner her or chase her into the coop and shut the door

We did finally catch her!! I didn't feel anything wrong with her neck. But it seems that where her ears are she has feathers there and they do stick out. I guess she's just different...
