Hen left her eggs

I have 2 hens sitting, one has been sitting for 3 weeks, today she just up and left her eggs and is now trying to sit with my other hen on her eggs. I'm a new chicken farmer so I'm not really sure what I should do. I don't want her to sit too long and cause her any problems.

I would try candling the eggs she left to try to determine if they are still viable. If viable, either stick them in an incubator or lock her in with them. If not viable, I would first deny her access to the other hen.

How will I know if they are viable or not

Shine a bright flashlight into them (works better on the fat end). If they're viable, for eggs that far along, they should be pretty much full/dark inside and you could see some veins and maybe some movement in the air cell.
