I have 2 ,5 year old hens. Getting approx 6 eggs a week between the 2 of them. I now also have 18 3 week old chicks in a seperate brooding area. When can I put all together and how would I feed layer pellets and chick starter in the same coop? Since I only have 2 old hens could I just put out starter crumbles/pellets. Thanks for any suggestions

The general advice on this site has been to give everyone the starter/grower feed.
ps--- must be NON MEDICATED so the eggs won't be affected.
